The web site has an abundance of wonderful selections. In my search for the perfect rug, I had a question. So I called and immediately talked with a very knowledgeable person who gave me the answer. The next day I called and ordered the rug. I received it two days before the delivery was anticipated. It arrived by ground UPS and no shipping fee in excellent condition. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and will certainly contact them for any future rug purchases.
