I recently purchased a rug that was out of stock at the manufacturer, but Steve went to a lot of trouble to find one for me — and he did. Unfortunately, when I received it, the color was not as pictured on the website and I had to return it. It was a very high quality rug just not the right color. Steve was very helpful in the purchase and return of the rug and I would not hesitate to order from this company again. It was a delight to work with Steve.
