Outstanding customer service!!! I recently ordered 3 samples of various rugs. Upon placing the order, I immediately received a personalized email from Steve A. thanking me for my order and providing expected ship dates. The samples were shipped and received on time. However, there was a slight mix-up on the manufacturer's end whereby one of the samples was mislabled and I received the wrong item. So, I emailed Steve A. about the problem. His response and actions were stellar!! In less than 45 minutes, he had the correct sample arranged to be delivered as soon as possible and advised the manufacturer to inspect before shipping to avoid the same problem. When I decide, based on my samples, which rug to purchase, I will absolutely order from Incredible Rugs and Decor and will highly recommend them to anyone!!
