Their customer service and communication during the ordering process, information on when the order was being processed, the tracking when the delivery was, and after we received it, were impeccable! They responded to my phone calls and or emails immediately. I wish all companies would treat customers with this much kindness and respect. The carpet is perfect. Knowing that if it wasn't to my satisfaction I could return it made me feel better about the purchase and I was not stuck with it.
