My shopping experience with Incredible Rugs and Décor was excellent. I was really interested in a particular rug but had read some negative comments about it on a number of websites and was concerned about ordering it sight unseen. When I called IRand D and spoke with Robert about my concerns, he immediately said he could have a sample rug sent to me for approval. When I had some concerns about the sample, IRandD communicated directly with the manufacturer for me and had them send a photo of the rug in the size I wanted to buy. Based on the photo and the conversations, I ordered the rug and when it arrived it met expectations. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and so far I am also delighted with the rug.
