I initially ordered Surya Gava rug and then decided to cancel it due to low pile and other not beneficial information.
Steve and his team were very helpful when they cancel my order promptly.
Then I analyzed many rugs and nothing grabbed my attention as this cancelled one so guess what?
I ordered it again, and hopefully will keep it.
