The shopping and purchasing were easy: the web site is a piece of cake, and I found the rug true to pictured. When it didn't come quickly, I emailed Steve and we held the delivery until the time I'd be back home. He made that so comfortable for me, and it's rare that sort of customer service happens with online shopping. The price was right, delivery was perfect. I can't ask for more!
