The 10% off for new customers discount was my reason for buying from Incredible Rugs but their excellent customer service will be my reason for purchasing from them again. The rug I ordered was backordered but it arrived much more quickly than expected. I emailed the company with several questions about the backorder & the delivery and every email was answered quickly, courteously & completely. I love my rug and it was a great experience buying it from Incredible Rugs.
