Love this website! Have ordered and kept one rug a few months ago and it was just as it appeared on-line. Unfortunately, I am now trying to order for another room and have had to return 2 or 3 rugs as they didn't work. On the positive side, shipping was free, quick and shopping easy with Incredible Rugs. On the negative side, the last 2 rugs I purchased were not as pictured on-line -colors were WAY off and I had to return them. It's not easy to return 8'x10' size but I managed to get it done. I was credited in a timely manner but hated to spend the $$ to return ship. Overall, this website would be perfect if the colors/pictures of the products were accurate. Some are great-others horrible. Spoke to CS about it already. That being said, I have recommended this website to more than a few friends and would purchase again. If you are able, see the rug in person first. This was not possible for me so I had to rely on the picture.
