People at Incredible were wonderful. The 2 Karastan rugs with pads were delivered, and I just got everything arranged. I am soooo!!!! happy. The prices were fantastic with no shipping and no taxes. In addition, the 2 UPS delivery people brought them into the house with no problems. I am telling my friends about the company. It gets a "TOP OF THE LINE" review.
