I cannot say enough good things about this company! The Katastan rug I ordered was absolutely beautiful and was everything I thought it was going to be. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Robert from the company stuck right with me all the way through the process to get the order changed. He contacted me almost daily answering any questions I had. Customer service is outstanding!
