This was one of the best shopping sites I've recently encountered. The ability to very easily"photoshop" rugs into your own prospective space was invaluable. The pricing on the rug I was considering was more than fair and the terms (shipping, tax, timing etc) better than most. When I encountered a minor glitch their "chat" was immediate and helpful. I did find the coloration was a bit off from the actual rug but it wasn't a major issue (what appeared to be terra cotta onscreen turned out to be a deep gold shade when I actually tracked down the rug itself at a local department store) I figured I saved $240 over the department store price plus got a free pad....Not in the market for any more rugs but I would come back to this site first if I was. Excellent web design and function!.
