The past several months we've been shoping for a rug that seemed non-existing. While at Lowes Home my wife found the perfect carpet. Because we were completely satisfied with our purchase, we order another carpet direct from the distributor's website and we found another carpet that met are requirements. After ordering the carpet I got an email from the owner (Steve Aijian) thanking me for the order, giving me his contact info. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service.
