I was very surprised—very — that my return of a too-large rug that I had ordered, and would have loved to keep, went unexpectedly smoothly. I had to pay the return shipping, but I felt that was “fair” since you had shipped it to me for free. I feel that you folks have earned the “first look” at any of my future purchases. Sure hope that your stocks, and increased selection, will soon be replenished...!
