This was my first experience ordering from Incredible Rugs and Decor. It totally exceeded my expectations! The web site was easy to maneuver and the pictures showed colors that were true to the actual rug. I know this because I have a larger version of the rug purchased. I ordered the rug on Saturday and had a personal confirmation on Monday. The order was processed through Karastan and I received the rug today via UPS. I would definitely recommend this company and I will continue to shop here for any future rug purchases.
