I am very happy with the customer service I received from Matt. He has been patient, understanding and wonderful with me. I have had to return several rugs due to color differences from computer screen to reality & lack of proper description, which has been very very frustrating and costly for me. Matt has tried to help out as much as he can. As soon as I get the sample for this rug and approve it, I will be ordering another 9 x 12 rug for another room from you once I pick it out.
