Our rug came promptly in 4 days. We are waiting on the pad, but I'm sure that will be fine. We ordered this same rug from another company last spring, only to be told weeks later that it was back ordered. That company had the rug listed as "in stock". I am very pleased with Incredible rugs and Decor.
