We were a little worried about ordering from this place as we had never heard of them. We called about a rug and the person we talked to was very friendly and helpful. He assured us we would get the rug in a short time. We received the rug and pad in about a week. We were very satisfied with the rug and the service we received. I would definitely recommend them
