I like the product. My complaint is that I was never notified the product was on its way....I did not know it was on its way nor could I track. On 9-10 I finally got email notification....AFTER Fed Ex had contacted me about requiring a signature. I think if you check the ship date from Dallas and the date I received notification from you, it was nearly a week. No helpful to try and track to be present for delivery......
