Order placed on 9/4, received email the same day from Steve Aijian that my credit card had been charged. Received odd emails from “Route” and “Norton” the same day regarding tracking order and safety of order, respectively. ( I also believe I was charged for “Route”, and it was an app that I should not have to download to track an order!!!) I heard not a peep until I emailed Steve Alijian on 9/14 asking where is my order and received a response in minutes that he was checking on my order and would get back to me shortly. Received another email in minutes stating order was delivered that day(9/14).
TODAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM INCREDIBLE RUGS AND DECOR THAT MY ORDER “HAS BEEN SHIPPED” AND A TRACKING NUMBER!!!! SERIOUSLY, MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED!!!!! YESTERDAY!!!! VERY MESSY!!!!!!
