Matt has been our salesman every time we called. He has a pleasant personality, knows his inventory and is great to work with. The carpet we purchased initially was disappointing as it looked nothing like the picture on their web site. However, we found another location in our house where we could use it. We continue to do business with this company because of the great customer service and quality carpets they offer. Thanks Matt!
