both inserts showed up last week. they were packed (nay crated) wonderfully. once opened, each was in pristine condition, with the glass protected by film. they were super easy to install and fit perfectly. they were also marked on the film as to which insert went with which window. the sound, and heat, protection are certainly worth the cost. i will be sending more measurements in soon for additional inserts. thanks again to reed and the entire indow team.
