In the end, the inserts are great. My only complaint is how long it takes to go through the process. I think that the Indow brochures/webpage should indicate that there is an approximate 4 month lead time from signing up and the actual delivery of the inserts....although of course time will vary. We didn't have many hiccups but it still took about that long.
