The window inserts we ordered were roughly 5 foot X 6 foot. Since they were so large, they were a little awkward to install, but not hard to do. The temperature difference was felt pretty quickly. The room seems to be much better temperature regulated and my a/c & heat unit hasn't doesn't kick on as often. I am very glad to have found these window inserts.
