Received the inserts in good order after a slight shipping delay and a broken promise from UPS as to the actual delivery date and time. Packaging is superior! Inserts are heavy and for me, a 76 year old, were a little difficult to maneuver, but I managed. Some sound reduction from outside the windows is realized, but not as much as I had hoped for. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product and it was presented accurately.
