Customer service and measuring process were professional but I am disappointed in the final product. Purchased for all front facing windows of my home and my daughter's room in the back of the house. I feel they have changed the quality of the sound but not the intensity...it is still as loud as prior to inserts. I don't know if I will even keep them on as it almost seems to be amplifying the vibrations of idling vehicles at the intersection just down from my house. It was a large cost to have incurred and don't think it was worth it for my home.
