I waited months for them to arrive and the fit and the finish was perfect but they make almost no difference in the noise coming from my neighbors barking dogs. They only made a slight difference in the noise but not enough so I can sleep at night which is what I was so excited about when I ordered these. I paid $1000 for three of the best grade windows you have and they made little difference if any coming from these horribly annoying barking dogs. Extremely disappointed and I don’t know what to do next.
