I still have yet to install these inserts in my living room. The process has been so difficult and I can't handle the inserts.
Not only did the inserts take almost 4 months to make and ship, I have not been able to find the help I need to help me install these in my home. Also it made a very little difference to my bedroom noise. I felt I spent so much money on these and had so little return :(
