We were kept well-informed of production delays due to Covid. Our Indows finally arrived well protected but lots of packing materials to recycle including lumber which may be problematic for some people. Our windows are fairly large so installation was somewhat cumbersome, but they fit well. They have definitely decreased the amount of traffic noise we hear and have made our bedroom a much more quiet and peaceful place to sleep. They are expensive but still cheaper than a triple or offset double pane replacement window.
