The inserts are working as expected and are doing a great job reducing street noise. My areas for improvement: - Waited 5 months to receive them. I understand that this is due to supply chain issues (i.e., uncontrollable factors) but I felt that the communication could have been better. Every email was a generic "We'll let you know when it ships". At a minimum, maybe let me know my position in the queue? - I really wish there was a "managed service" option (i.e. pay extra to have someone come measure the windows and install the inserts when they arrive). I'm TERRIBLE when it comes to any DIY home improvement and was stressed I didn't measure correctly. I even had to hire a contractor to plug the inserts in (and do related work like re-installing the blinds)
