They say Indow inserts block out about 80% of outside noise, and that is definitely true. The pool pump and neighbor's 6 roosters outside can no longer be heard. Planes flying overhead can be, but I'm grateful for my Indow. Took a LONG time to get (6 months, I think!) but very much worth it for my business.
