I got two acoustic inserts for my music room to prevent sound from escaping into the neighborhood (if you're a drummer, you know). There's no silver bullet for things like this, but the inserts did make a difference, and there's less outside noise coming IN to the room now too. They were a little pricier than I would have liked, but the quality is there and customer service was great throughout the entire process. Overall, I would recommend and I plan on purchasing more in the future for my home office.
