I purchased the Indow window inserts to address street noise coming from in front of my home. The inserts have made a significant improvement; almost all noise has been substantially reduced. Also, the inserts are barely noticeable from inside and are not noticeable at all from outside.
As was made clear on the website, and as was communicated to me through the installing contractor, the inserts are less effective on low noises (e.g., a bus or motorcycle engine) but the inserts still provide some improvement on this issue.
