I live next to a very busy road and we have a lot of large construction trucks and other deafening vehicles frequently driving past. The traffic noise got so bad that it would sometimes drown out low noises inside the house, like quiet music or soft white noise. I purchased Indow's acoustic inserts knowing they would not block out all of this noise, especially since I only have about an inch of space between the windows and the inserts. But they still block out a lot of the regular traffic noise and dampen the rest to a point where my brain can tune it out. The inserts were easy to install and are not noticeable. And although there was a long wait for production and delivery, Indow has exceptional customer service, and they really went above and beyond to communicate with me and to ensure the inserts got delivered when I had trouble with the freight company.
