Customer service is very good. Informed, smart, communicative representatives helped me from initial inquiries, measuring, ordering and a post install issue with a chain location. The window inserts are as sound proof effective as marketed. They don’t 100% reduce outside street noise, but they have made my home livable. Inserting them myself (I’m 61 and very petite) was doable - any my inserts are large! My husband, who was initially against ordering the inserts due to the relatively high cost, is now glad we bought them. I likely will order more for additional rooms.
