The whole process, from start to finish was awesome! The hardest part of the whole thing was taking down the window blinds and reinstalling them afterward. Ordering was a breeze. Once the order was made they sent the very cool laser measuring device and instructions. Once all the measuring was done, I was waiting for the confirmation email to arrive ensuring I measured correctly. Then the email came saying I did OK and they were in the queue for manufacturing. Then I got the email that they are shipping and how to track where they are. Then one day I got an email from the trucking company saying to call for a delivery appointment. The truck came and delivered the pallet of very well-secured and packaged inserts. Unpacking them was a little bit of a chore since they were so well-packed, but with the proper tools and patience, I had them in the house in no time. The actual installation was a breeze. The hardest part for me was connecting the little ball chains to the safety brackets. Once that was done just had to work the seal around the window insert to get it right, and done! Had to reposition the window blinds a little, but not much and were are done! They work really well for my needs and the noise level is reduced dramatically.
