We purchased 7 Indow inserts for out-swinging casements in our historically designated home in Grand Rapids, Michigan. These windows have performed better than expected, and have made a huge difference in the warmth of the bedroom during the Michigan winter last year. There is also a noticeable decrease in drafts, and a significant decrease in street noise. The inserts fit perfectly in the opening, came well marked as to which opening they belonged to, and were superbly packaged and delivered. Overall the experience was fantastic, the customer service was exceptional, and the product is as advertised, but better.
