One of the worst and most expensive mistakes I've made. The experience was bad from the beginning. It's a great product, but if the person measuring the windows makes an error, you're in trouble. Very little follow up with the person who measured since he retired soon after delivering my windows. The person he left to refit and install admitted the windows were mis measured, but used the windows that were delivered. I'm trying to reinstall the windows on my sliding doors, but no matter how I try they won't fit. I knew the window was too good to be true. I live in a high rise with 117 units that - after what I've gone through I've discouraged neighbors and suggested they stay away from the product/
