My 1970s cape has 1990s wooden Anderson replacement windows (previous owner installed). I really like the look of the wood windows and wooden casements, but the windows on the northeast side of house were drafty, and room very cold compared to others. After shopping around, Indows seemed like a perfect solution. Stu Grant, the local Indow dealer, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He installed the Indows Saturday evening, on one of the coldest, windiest nights of the winter. Granted its only been a week, and don't have a heating bill yet to compare to, but room seems "warmer" and drafts were eliminated. Plus, the Indows definitely cut down on the outside noise.
