We have single paned windows that allow heat and sun to come in at unbelievable levels. Our air conditioning system could not keep up despite my lowering the thermostat. Our condo association was very picky about us replacing the windows requiring us to replace them with look alikes so as to keep a consistent appearance in the community. Aside from the astronomical cost of window replacement, this demand for an appearance that would seem unchanged was almost impossible to meet. We found Indow Window at a fortuitous time and, for a fraction of the cost of window replacements, had them installed. Our condo is quiet and I can set the air conditioner at 77'F and be comfortable. The difference is remarkable. There was no fuss or mess and the installation was finished in a couple of hours. They are unnoticeable from either the inside or outside and do not interfere with the decor. There is a pale sky blue tint to the heat resistant window but the benefits greatly outweigh the slight color one sees. We got used to it within a few days and don't notice it anymore. I recommend them to anyone suffering with the heat, sun, and noise of Central Florida.
