We have nothing but good to say about Indow inserts. Both the product and the customer service are outstanding. We had some marginal mounting situations with our old windows and the representatives worked very hard and patiently to make sure the inserts would work for us. When we installed them, they were wonderful. The fit was perfect for each window and the positive effect on our windows air leakage has been wonderful. We are BIG fans.
