Excellent service and follow up. We bought 2 to see how they would work in bedrooms prior to ordering 3 for our front room. The second morning after install my wife said she slept deeply for the first time in a couple years, (and I also). She equated her sleep to being over tired from a busy work routine. I mentioned that it was a result of the INSERTS, that she was not subconsciously experiencing the traffic at night and that her brain could Shut down and rest, she agreed! The next night I told her to focus on the QUIET in the room before she fell asleep, she did and agreed on the performance of your product. Excellent solution to our problem will order 3 more.
