We received Indow inserts for all of the windows on the top floor of our house. The measuring device came as promised and the measuring went well. The inserts came in the amount of time Indow said they would come. We were able to install the inserts and except for one insert that had a crack...(Indow stood behind their product and we will receive a replacement in a few weeks). They fit well into the windows as they were designed to do. Unfortunately the decibel level in our upstairs bedroom did not change. We did not get the noise reduction we were hoping for. Indow has been professional in all of their dealing with us but I cannot give a higher rating because in our particular case the inserts did not help with noise reduction in our home.
