The measuring and ordering process was easy with video , illustration and written instructions provided. My order arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. My daughter helped me install the insert due to it’s size but the installation was not difficult with the instructions provided. It was nice to have the microfiber cloth and cleaning solution provided .The fit is perfect and ,most importantly , I could feel the cold air stop had leaking through my window immediately.
