The product is a truly great one. It protects against the noise and cold that my house has been battling with our single-pane windows since day one. They are a great, much cheaper solution to insulating my windows. My largest complaint, however, would be the process of receiving the Indows. I ordered 9, and they all came in one giant box, making it difficult for the UPS delivery service to be able to actually deliver them to my door (seeing that I live in a place with no driveway and a few steps to get into the commons area where my front door is). The issue with delivery is not entirely Indow's fault, however. The UPS people were rude, unhelpful, and just about useless to providing any solution to the problem. They have extremely limited delivery times (all of which I am not home during) and only have the one driver to deliver these freight packages. The support service got snappy with me when I was trying work with them to find a solution to get this package delivered to my house, saying that it isn't their job to deliver the package to your front door, "as long as we get it off our truck, our job is done". If I were Indow, I would look into other delivery services because UPS provided the worst service I've ever encountered. In my opinion, it severely damages the reputation of Indows and holds back this otherwise amazing company.
