Keeps the heat in great, was really easy to install but the "acoustic grade" does NOTHING in regards to outside noise. It doesn't seem as thick as the acoustic sample sent with the measuring kit, either. Reached out to the guy who helped with the measurements but never received a response. The only reason I'd suggest these to anybody is if insulation is their only concern.
