Hello Sam, Thank you for your genius (and persistence) in inventing and perfecting the Indow window inserts. We had one made for a small but very troublesome window. The difference is magical (I know it is a lot of math, science and design on your part)!!! We are so thrilled with the difference it has made in blocking cold air and frost forming on the inside of the window! Bonus: The window is right where I pass by it several times a day. The Indow is so unobtrusive that I don't notice it. It was measured and installed by Darrin at Big Red Builders. He was careful in measuring, installing and explaining step by step how to take care of the Indow. I would highly recommend him and your company. My only suggestion (not a complaint) is that you coordinate your records so that you know when a prospective client has actually ordered Indows. Weeks after I had ordered I received a follow up email from Indow asking if I was still interested in ordering. ?? I would think your records would have reflected that, and it would have been known by your marketing staff. Awesome invention for window owners and our environment!!
