I am extremely happy with the window inserts from Indow. The measuring process was the only stressful part of the process, but the inserts arrived very quickly, in good shape, and they work exactly as promised. I bought the acoustic ones and they do make an obvious difference when it comes to isolating sound from the nearby highway as well as from neighbors AC unit (rather loud during summer time). I strongly recommend the inserts.
