What an improvement to my quality of life these window inserts have provided! I ordered acoustic inserts for the bedrooms on the “noisy” side of the house and the regular inserts for another room that we use regularly on that side of the house. The noise difference was immediate and apparent in all of the rooms, particularly in the bedrooms. They were easy to install and are practically invisible inside the window frame. The measuring and ordering process was simple and intuitive, the customer service has been excellent, and I’m a very pleased Indow insert owner who can now sleep at night without a white noise machine by my head.
