I am so thrilled with my 6 Indow window inserts! Since I have been working from home, I have noticed so much noise outside from trucks to loud mufflers. I already had double pane windows but the noise level I still felt was high. Since installing the inserts, noise reduction has been incredible. My inserts arrived so well packaged and undamaged. We had a couple of hiccups with shipping but the customer service provided by Indow staff is outstanding! The inserts are crystal clear and asthetically you can't even tell they are there but accustically I absolutely know they are there!
